Sometimes we feel as if everything is going against our mind, and then we get frustrated, we don't understand what to do or what not to do? we are a complete blank. Because of this, easy thing that you can do comfortably you also cannot do. because you are not ready to do that work yourself. the reason for this is the negative thinking sitting in your mind. Sometimes you fail in some work so, after that you feel like you cannot do that work, you seem to have no ability to do that.
