SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME UNDER MAHADBT
Government of India
This mahadbt online scholarship involves two types of scholarships like pre matric and post matrics. Scholarship to be given before pre-matric means 10 and scholarship after post-matric means 10th. It is given by the Government of India to all students, it is not a merit list based.

First, go to www.mahadbt.gov.in.Click on the new registration tab.
● Applicant name - put the applicant i.e your name. eg name - Middle name - surname
● Username - In this you can keep any username of your choice, but that username should only contain alphabets and numbers, that too between 4-15 character. E.g Creatscience 20
● Password - Password contains at least one capital letter, 1 small letter, 1 number and 1 special character such as Length should be between 8-20 characters. e.g pass@123.
● Confirm Password - You have to verify the password you have set by putting the same password as it is here.
● Email ID - Enter your email ID here and click on the GET OTP for email ID verification on the green bar below. After this, a msg will appear on your given email, verify the OTP given thereby putting it on the portal. This procedure is important because you will know about any notification in the future.
● Mobile Number - Just like the email id is verified, similarly, the mobile number is also verified.
After that click on the register and complete the registration process.

A) Address Information
If the permanent address you are staying at is the same, then put the same permanent address as it is, otherwise, if you live in the hostel then you can put it in the corresponding address. Then click on SAVE. procedure Done.
B) Personal Information
√ Adhaar number, email ID, the mobile number will already be verified. But if you do not, then you verify.

√ If you have a caste certificate, then its number, district, name, issuing authority (the officer by whom the caste certificate has been given)
√ Scan size of the Caste certificate should be from 15kb to 256kb.
√ Similarly, the details of the same income certificate are also scanned and uploaded in the size of 15kb to 256kb.
√ If you have a domicile certificate, then upload the same by saving details, otherwise select "No" and proceed.
√ Adhaar Bank Details - In this, you have to enter your bank details, but it is necessary to have an Aadhar card linked to your bank account, otherwise, your scholarship will not be deposited in your account. fill then save.
C) Other Information
Parents/guardian details - In this only you will be asked about the details of your parents, fill in and save.
D) Past Qualification
This is the most important part, here you have to fill in the details about your earlier education. Start with SSC, followed by HSC (if you are in UG) and then your 1st year, 2nd year respectively, fill the details and save.
And most important...If there is a GAP between any of your courses, then you should mention and upload the GAP certificate, keep in mind that the size is between 15 kb to 256 kb.
Similarly, fill the entire past qualification and save.
E) Current Course
In which course you are present, enter the course years and save it. eg F.Y, S.Y, T.Y etc.
If you are currently studying in the fourth year, then enter F.Y, S.Y, T.Y and then save. And if the status of your previous year is appearing below, delete it and fill in the details again and save it, thus fill the details of your current course.
F) Hostel Details
Beneficiary category - If you are doing your education by staying in hostel
Hosteller - select or save by selecting Day Scholar.
Similarly, now your profile is 100% complete.
After this, you will see 3 such lines above Home, click there. Then click on the Government of India post-matric scholarship below. Scroll to the bottom and click Apply for this Scheme.
As soon as the window is open, ignore the Declaration form below and click on TC / LC and upload your previous TC / LC there and submit the form.
After that, on the side, you will see your photo and form details, scroll down and click on the declaration form and as soon as you submit, you will get msg that your form has been SUBMIT.
